Post and Beam Homes in Northern Vermont

True Timber Frame Structures for an Authentic Vermont Home

We utilize mortise and tenon joinery in our true timber frame structures- a skill that has been used for thousands of years by woodworkers around the world to create homes that will endure for generations.

Our timbers are selected from the best Eastern White Pine, Douglas Fir, Eastern Hemlock, and other species.

These posts are typically placed 8 to 16 feet apart, and are exposed on the interior of the structure.

A crane is used to assemble and erect a timber frame, and customers can take advantage of our
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to insulate during the cold winter months.

Pre-designed or custom designed plans are available.
